They are knowledgeable, professional, and go out of their way to make sure every part of the legal process is handled promptly and efficiently. From the Program Attorney to the Clerks, who answer the phone every day, we are always met with a courteous and helpful staff member.
The legal process of completing an adoption plan can be quite extensive. From initiating the case to finalizing the adoption, it can be an intricate process.
The Court goes out of their way to celebrate adoption finalizations. Many times, they will present the family with a teddy bear that has a necklace bearing the child’s name. Also, the Judges are happy to provide an opportunity for a family photo in the courtroom. This is a unique way to commemorate such a special occasion.
